1. Services
- Non-Refundable Services: All skincare treatments, facials, and consultations are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session or alternative solution.
2. Products
- Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Products: Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective.

- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Missed Appointments: No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling without a fee.
Gift Cards and Packages
Refunds for services or products may be considered in exceptional cases, such as adverse reactions to a product or treatment. Supporting documentation or evidence may be required.
